Please give me a straw count as to how many people are interested in going and how many rooms you will need.  Most will only need one room.

We are considering a BBQ at my house in Bullhead City, AZ on Sunday.  My house is about 15 minutes from the hotel.




I also want to thank Jim.Rags87 for everything he does for SMOG & the Meet.

A Little Help?

Several people have mentioned and offered help for the Meet. As I have said before the quality of this event is determined by the quality of people that attend. Well last year we had some folks really step up and help out which REALLY improved the event as a whole. I want to again Thank these people for their help.

So again I will need help this year for the following positions:

Registration

The registration for this year will be 25.00.

For your registration fee you will receive a Meet T-Shirt, be able to participate in the bike show and be eligible for the Awards, & the Cookout.

The registration is PER RIDER. So if you have 10 bikes you can bring all 10 since to the best of my knowledge you can only rider one at a time. However that does not cover the cost of additional shirts.

If you are not attending the Meet but you want a shirt then make arrangements with someone that is attending the Meet to pick it up and get it to you. I am absolutely terrible about shipping these (just ask anyone on the Forum), so I choose not to offer that anymore. Shirts will be 15.00 ea.

The 25.00 pays for The Awards, The Meet T-Shirt, The Cookout, & the occasional Misc expense involved with putting an event like this together.

 

 

 

 

The Hotel

 

Place:  Avi Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, NV

Cost of Rooms, if we get 10 or more rooms booked:

Friday/Saturday - $58 per night

Sunday - $21 per night.
