On this page is where you will find all of the information you need to plan your trip.
We will again try to take over an area of the hotel just like last year.


There will be several group rides and lots of chances to venture out on your own or with a small group.

Based on personal knowledge of  the area I have to ask that each and every one of you please take into account your individual riding ability. No one better than you can determine if the route you want to take is within your skill level. The roads in Arkansas can be challenging.  Another note of caution is watch the road, with the spectacular scenery in the area its easy to get distracted and loose your line before you know it. As always the safety of the riders in the groups is my first priority.

A Little Help?

Several people have mentioned and offered help for the Meet. As I have said before the quality of this event is determined by the quality of people that attend. Well last year we had some folks really step up and help out which REALLY improved the event as a whole. I want to again Thank these people for their help.

So again I will need help this year for the following positions:

Registration

The registration for this year will be 25.00.

For your registration fee you will receive a Meet T-Shirt, be able to participate in the bike show and be eligible for the Awards, & the Cookout.

The registration is PER RIDER. So if you have 10 bikes you can bring all 10 since to the best of my knowledge you can only rider one at a time. However that does not cover the cost of additional shirts.

If you are not attending the Meet but you want a shirt then make arrangements with someone that is attending the Meet to pick it up and get it to you. I am absolutely terrible about shipping these (just ask anyone on the Forum), so I choose not to offer that anymore. Shirts will be 15.00 ea.

The 25.00 pays for The Awards, The Meet T-Shirt, The Cookout, & the occasional Misc expense involved with putting an event like this together.

The Hotel

 

This years rate is again a flat rate of 55.00 inc taxes. This is for a Queen Double or a King Single.

The Owners of the Hotel are riders as well and are VERY pleased to have us come back again.

Be sure to mention the Supermagna Meet or you wont get the Meet rate.
